Springs are available in:-
Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel or 316 Stainless Steel, however if you are looking for another material please ask, all springs are made to order and therefore if that base wire is available we can make springs in that.
Background
After many years of manufacturing springs and much thought – here at Davies Springs we have taken a fresh look at sizes. On this website you will find all the sizes are in metric and go up in logical increments based on metric measurements and not imperial. Going forward we feel this makes more sense. (Can we produce imperial sizes? – Yes we have our own manufacturing machines).

Which is best? Depends on the environment the spring is placed in. It is not a one word answer.

In our size range we have roughly 2400 sizes in each of the three mentioned materials. These are split into sections and by using the filters at the top of the page you can zoom in on the size you are looking for.
Quantities
Whilst Davies Springs does carry some stock most orders are made to order because of the huge variety of permutations which are possible. Each spring option has a minimum quantity which can be ordered. To answer the question, if the minimum order is 14, and you only want 2. We can supply 2, but the price will remain the same as for 14.
The tables on the website go from the minimum quantity up to 2,000 but we can supply higher volumes – again please enquire if you are looking for more than 2,000.
How To Order
Navigate to the size of spring you are interested in and material, and you will see a table with the pricing going from the minimum quantity up to 2,000.
Example If you want to order 600 springs you will see the price per spring for 500. Multiply the price per spring by 600 to give you the price for 600.
Fill in the form on the page with your details and press submit.
Davies Springs will review your order and advise a delivery date. Typically, 15 working days.
If the delivery date is a agreeable we will issue a pro forma invoice and on payment via BACS put your order into production.
